3. From order to delivery

1) Your order

We only accept orders from the MARUI web channel International Website (hereinafter, the Website).
As a general rule, the total for a single order should not exceed 200,000yen, inclusive of delivery charges.
We may contact you for confirmation if you place an order that exceeds 200.000yen in total value.
Please check your contract with your credit card company to confirm your maximum available credit.
While we display our most up-to-date inventory information on our Website, please understand that the status of our inventory is constantly changing.
We may not be able to complete an order if an item(s) is out-of-stock.

Once your order is completed, we will send you an email confirming the details of the order.

2) Price and Payment

As our general principal, the prices of our products are the same as the prices in Japan.
The prices are displayed in Japanese Yen, and also approximations that are set by the current exchange rate for U.S. Dollars, Euro, U.K. Pound, and Chinese Yuan.
The exchange rate is updated at 10:00 Japanese time except on Wednesdays and Sundays.
The total amount to be paid is the price of the item(s) plus delivery charges.
International deliveries may incur customs and VAT charges imposed by the country or region in which you live. Please pay these costs when you receive your item(s).

Shipments to The Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan are sent through the international delivery service. Other regions are shipped using the experss international shipping service EMS.
All items made of silver are covered by insurance when sent via international post.
